Hi everyone we have added this as we need to be (mostly) sensible now that we have added the shop to our site. Don't worry we have done our best to keep this as jargon free as possible, but it is important to have a basic understanding so you can be sure to have a great experience on our site.

Delivery & Shipping

By Royal Mail, products will be dispatched as soon as payment is received, the last post is 4pm each day. You should receive your product within 3-5 days of making your order. Overseas/European orders can take 7 days. Delivery for clothing will be between 7-10 days.
**NOTE** Due to the Holidays and delivery times, all orders made now will be delivered in the new year


If you are not happy with your product please let us know by email within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be received by us within 21 days of receipt, unopened, and in original packaging and tags intact. For any return please be aware that you are responsible for  its condition and that it is not damaged in transit.
Post and packaging costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of your notice, providing they are received in the good condition as described above.
We endeavour to provide you with a unique, high quality product and get it dispatched and delivered to you as fast as possible, but we know sometimes things can go wrong in the manufacturing process that is out of our control when sent directly by them.


Our payments are handled securely by Paypals secure gateway, we do not hold, or retain any payment details or credit card details on our site.
